Dr. Camila Diaz Molina graduated Valedictorian from the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba, where she was the President of research for three consecutive years. After graduating, she worked as a general dentist in a community clinic where she was able to educate and treat patients who needed it most. Even though she strived to provide excellent care, resources were sparse, and her professional growth was limited. She made the difficult decision to move her home base to the United States in order to fulfill a lifelong desire to become an outstanding dentist.
While completing requirements to earn a dental license in Florida, she worked as a dental assistant for two years at The Shaw Center for Dental Excellence. During this time, she expanded her dental knowledge by working alongside Dr. Bruce Shaw, Dr. Mauricio Tijerino and Dr. Tracy Shaw-Blessing. She was inspired by their brilliance and passion about high quality dentistry.
Dr. Molina completed her residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Florida where she became skilled in cosmetic dentistry, full mouth rehabilitations and the placement and restoration of implants. She also discovered that she had a passion for digital dentistry and developed expertise in planning and completing cases using digital scanners, CT scans and Digital Smile Design.
Inspired and mentored by Dr. Tracy Shaw-Blessing, Dr. Molina is also skilled in facial cosmetic procedures using Botox and fillers, and she brings her own keen eye for perfection to refresh faces in the most natural way.
Dr. Molina sets goals for herself to provide high quality treatment with compassion, integrity and a desire to form a genuine relationship with each patient.
In her spare time, Dr. Molina is passionate about cinema and sports, she loves traveling, outdoor activities and sharing time with family and friends. She enjoys the South Florida lifestyle and is happy to call it home.
